My name is Lawrence DuBois and I am the producer of the video documentary entitled, “Don’t Marry the Dragon”. The video takes you on a journey into the heroin lifestyle of which I was a member for a number of years. The video tells my story and the story of others. Since its completion in January 2003, the video has gone all over the United States, as well as, Australia, UK, Africa, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Russia. Most of the orders for the video has been by family members of addicts. There is also a wide range of health professionals, police agencies, and institutions that use the video in their vocation. The video is very graphic in nature and besides the stories of heroin users I teach on the spiritual darkness behind heroin and other drug use. The video has also been useful as a health lesson. I also share my experience, strength, and hope in my recovery which is Jesus Christ.
